Biographical note and Research Interests

Fatima Lobo holds a PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology, coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, coordinator of COLEGIUM – Research and Promotion of Work and Organizational Psychology (CIPPTO) and the Labor Psychology Laboratory (LabPTO) , and integrates the Research Line «Cognition, Intersubjectivity and Human Development», developing activities at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University. Since 2015 she has developed research on Organizational Communication in collaboration with Professor Owen Hargie; since 2017 and, in collaboration with national and international researchers, has developed research on veterinary practitioners and psychosocial risks; in collaboration with Oladele Ogunseitan has developed research on Topofilia as a strategy for the recovery of labor risks.
